That’s a bastard, John. Very sorry to hear of your new diagnosis. You’ve taken a right kicking over the past few years, haven’t you? But you’ve also plugged away making sure that Harry’s message keeps echoing across the divide. Keep writing and lots of us will keep listening and supporting you in any way we can, for as long as we can. Thanks for all you’ve done so far. ✊

So sorry to hear this news John - wishing you all the best in getting things done the way you wanted to, and still having rest and time to come to terms with this new diagnosis. Thank you for all you do and wishing you peace.

Sorry to read of your diagnosis.i only heard about your father's great work last year.after hearing his speach at a labour conference many years ago when many were moved to tears about the state of the nhs.i immediately bought and read don't let my past be your future.i found it a brilliant read and even more accurate now years after his death he would be deeply saddened to see the shenanigans of the current mob ob gangsters draining the last bit of life from our beloved nhs.i have started to read another of his books.love among the ruins.my dad was in hamburg at the same time as yours and remember him talking of the starvation.your father was and still is a true inspiration as you are too God bless

Wow John. That is really shitty news. Don't really know what to say apart from wishing you good luck. Thanks for all you have done and you should be proud of yourself for all you've done to promote your dad's work. Please keep us informed how you're doing.

Dear John. You very dear man. You have fought the good fight with great courage and tenacity - you have my profound hopes for a gentle farewell and deep affection for your commitment to justice and peace in the horrendous world that greed and selfishness has brought about. You have inspired me to keep going as the sun starts going down and I wish you the joy of each moment that you draw breath easy, and the comfort of the many friends who have been drawn to your life and your compassion for all life. Keep writing as long as you can and want to, because it’s brilliant and insightful. All love, and I’ll keep in touch with you as long as you keep going and after.
